DISEÑO RAZONABLE, S.L. processes the information provided by the interested parties in order to provide services related to visual identity, special actions, packaging, environment, naming, as well as tax and accounting management.

SIX YEARS: for commercial purposes (Art. 30 Código Comercio) 

FOUR YEARS: for tax purposes (Articles 66 to 70 of the General Tax Law). 

 WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA? 

The provision of visual identity, special actions, packaging, environment, naming based on the explicit consent of the person concerned. 

TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED? 

Your data will be transferred to the Tax Administration, Banks or Savings Banks, Security Forces and Bodies and/or Public Administration with competence in the matter, as long as it is to comply with the purposes described above. 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS WHEN YOU PROVIDE US WITH DATA? 

Any person has the right to obtain information about whether DISEÑO RAZONABLE, S.L is processing personal data concerning him or not and, if so, to exercise his right of access to personal data and the following information:
